- Eligible to sole proprietors, freelancers, incorporated companies, and other self-employed individuals working at least 20 hours per week
- Gold Level coverage only available after being enrolled for 12 months of Silver coverage
- Copper coverage is Bronze Health without the Dental Option
- Optional Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) Add on Available
- Optional Virtual Medical Care Add on Available

- HIGH COST DRUG PROTECTION: Up to $1 million of addtional drug coverage to ensure access to expensive lif-saving medications - $15/month per Single, or $30/month per Family
